Bilbo
Bilbo came to us in 2013 as a three year old with his brother Frodo and has been with us for all his ridden life. Bilbo is a much loved member of our team teaching riders the basic. He loves his dinner and a good neck scratch.
Coni
Coni came to us as a school mistress. Coni is a 14.1 Connemara born in 2000. She has been a successful show jumper in Ireland and is a much loved pony on the yard. Coni enjoys spending her time with her best friend Rhosyn.
Cutter
Cutter is a very striking horse, with bright blue eyes! he is a 15.1 black tovero. He came to us in 2020 and is now a much loved member of the herd. Cutter loves affection from those he knows and finds lots of confidence from them.
Daisy
Daisy is one of our older mares she is a 14.2 skewbald. Daisy is a school mistress who loves her job. Daisy is fabulous at teaching riders the basics, being used for both private and group lessons. She is fabulous for giving people confident and leaves riders with a smile on their face.
Dani
Dani was born in 2000 and is a strawberry roan. He is best friend with Zazz. Dani enjoys doing beginner work but occasionally can be a bit cheeky. He then enjoys to roar round the menage.
Dd
Dd is a welsh palomino mare. she came to us as a foal and has spent her whole ridden life with us. Born in 2011 Dd is a sweet mare who loves taking part in group lessons. Dd enjoys spending her time in the field with Solitaire and Wilma. Dd enjoys being pampered and loved by our rangers.
Diego
Diego is a 12.3 hand grey gelding. Diego's favourite thing to do is to jump! He is fabulous at speeding round a course of jumps but can find crowds a bit exciting. Diego loves playing in the field.
Dillon
Dillon came to us in 2014 and is 13.1 black gelding. Dillon is a very handsome chap with beautiful white markings and kind brown eyes. He is a lovely pony for children to learn to ride and enjoys a graze when he finds a tasty patch of grass.
Dino
Dino is a 12.1 hand piebald gelding. Dino is often described as slow and steady but he loves to zoom around the cross country course. He is often used for our younger beginners and does RDA work. He loves to spend his time eating hay with his friends Prince and Ralph.
Dollymix
Dolly mix is piebald mare. as a cob she can get quite hairy and she's very proud of the moustache she grows! Dolly is a dream to have teaching pupils to walk, trot and canter. she loves to jump and can fly round the cross country course. Dolly enjoys spending her time with Duke, Meadow and Frodo.
Domino
Domino was born in 2006 and has been a ranger pony since 2009. He has won many competitions as an excellent show jumper for our more experienced riders. Domino now enjoys a quieter life taking beginners for hacks round the estate. But, he still loves to play with Charlie and Frodo in his field.
Duke
Duke is a Welsh Section C, born in 2011. Duke loves to spend his days with Dolly mix or his best friend Meadow who can often be found playing together. The only thing Duke likes more is his dinner! Duke is fabulous in group lessons and loves to please his riders.
Frodo
Frodo was born in 2010 and came to us with his brother Bilbo. Frodo loves attention and a tasty snack! He enjoys going for a nice plod around the estate. Frodo is a social butterfly and spends his time with any of the boys who will play with him. Frodo would spend all day welcoming people onto the yard.
Jay
Jay was born in 2004 and is a 12 hand grey gelding. This handsome chap has preformed well in the show ring, having a beautiful trot. Jay is a friendly pony to groom and love. He is fabulous for teaching children their first ridden lessons. Jay then spends his evenings with Prince and Ralph.
Jet
Jet was born in 1999 and is a 13.2 Dun mare. Jet lives a quiet life now doing beginner lessons and taking a stroll around the estate. Jet loves having a pamper but also enjoys her time in the field with Lady B and the other girls.
Lady B
Lady B is chestnut mare born in 2001. Lady has been a successful show jumper winning many competitions. Lady is now used for beginner lessons and for our youngest rangers. She spends most of her week exploring the fields with her best friend Jet.
Maisie
Maisie arrived in 2012 and started her ridden life with us. Maisie is a bay mare who enjoys going for a walk round the estate. Maisie loves her food but sometimes eats a bit too much! Maisie enjoys spending her days with May and Dd.
May
May is our smallest pony at 10.2 hands. She is perfect for lead rein beginners and enjoys being used for our youngest rangers. May came to us with Prince. May might be small but she's very mighty and likes to remind us of that.
Meadow
Meadow is a very playful 14 hand piebald gelding. Born in 2014. He loves a fuss being made of him and enjoys group lessons. Meadow has plenty of character and can often be found playing with Duke, Dillon or Charlie. We love having Meadow as part of the herd.
Prince
Prince is one of our smallest ponies standing at 11.1 hands. He came to us in 2012 with May. Prince is an incredibly kind loving pony and enjoys being cared for by our youngest rangers. Like Jay, Prince has been successful in the show ring and he loves to make those that care for him happy. Prince loves to spend time with Dino and Jay.
Ralph
Ralph was born in 2007 and is a 11.2 grey gelding. Ralph is a well-behaved lead rein pony and enjoys going for a wander around the estate. When he has more experienced riders on board he loves to have a bit of fun and test there skills. Ralph and Jay look very similar so have been known to catch out newer Rangers!
Rhosyn
Rhosyn is a Welsh chestnut mare. she came to us in 2009 in foal. Rhosyn was then trained in house as a riding school pony. Rhosyn has taught many children to walk, trot and canter. She enjoys spending her time with Coni. Rangers love to groom and care for Rhosyn.
Rousse
Rousse is a 16 hand throughbred. Rousse come to us from a stud in Newmarket having previously raced then bred 3 foals. Rousse has a kind nature to her enjoying a good groom and fuss. She loves to please her riders and has proven a fabulous riding school horse.
Solitaire
Soli is a beautiful 15.3 mare. She has a fantastic movement meaning she has preformed well in dressage. She is a riders dream. Soli enjoys spending her days with Wilma and Dd. Like many of our horse Soli was trained in house and has been with us since she was a yearling.
Tepee
Tepee arrived in 2005 and was retrained with us having been a race horse. Tepee is a bay 15.2 thoroughbred. Tepee is now a school mistress knowing her job very well. She is fantastic at teaching riders the correct way to ride and handle horses. Tepee enjoys her food and is known for counting how many feeds she has been given!
Thistle
Thistle is another of our Welsh greys. She is only 12 hands tall making her one of our smaller mares. Thistle arrived in 2007 and started her training with us. Thistle loves to speed around the arena and is a fabulous show jumper.
Wilma
Wilma Flintstone is our biggest horse on the yard. Wilma is a Piebald mare who previously lived in Ireland. She joined us in 2012 and was trained in house. She enjoys jumping and is a character around the yard. Wilma loves a good treat especially as tasty apple or orange!
Zazz
Zazz is a 15 hand cremello gelding. He has bright kind eyes and loves his job. he is a school master, knowing his job incredibly well. he is a fabulous horse to teach with and works with beginners to more advanced pupils. Zazz has taken in part in many dressage and show jumping competitions preforming well and proven to be safe.
